Employee Spotlight-Marsha Gunn
This month's employee spotlight is Marsha Gunn! Marsha has been with CNI for almost 14 years and currently serves as the Benefits Manager. Recently, Marsha and the Benefits team were recognized by Gallagher as a Best-in-Class Employer in Gallagher's 2024 U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey. Gallagher's U.S. Best-in-Class Benchmarking Analysis profiles statistically significant attributes of top-performing midsize (100-999 FTEs) and large employers (1,000 or more FTEs). Data from Gallagher’s 2024 U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey was interpreted to identify employers that excel in optimizing employee and organizational wellbeing. There were over 500 employers evaluated in our analysis."
