Vendor Registration

Updated: 2023/05/24

Thank you for your interest in working with Chickasaw Nation Industries (CNI) and its family of companies. At CNI, we continually seek new vendors and subcontractors and strive to promote diversity and competitive sourcing to the maximum extent possible. Companies are selected based on the company’s ability to satisfy CNI requirements, which include price, quality, delivery, technical capabilities, financial capabilities, and service.

To be considered, please complete the following steps.

  1. Complete our online Vendor Registration Form below. Vendor registration is a prerequisite for doing business with any CNI company. Information provided in this form will be kept confidential and will be subject to reasonable safeguards against improper disclosure.
  2. By registering, you will be entered into CNI’s internal vendor database. Registration is not a guarantee that your company will receive a request for quote or a subcontract from CNI and does not imply that your company has any type of procurement relationship with CNI. The registration provides key information about your company to internal CNI groups and may also be used to search publicly available records about your company.
  3. CNI will send an annual request to all registered companies to revisit their registration form to ensure it is up to date. Failure to update annually will result in the records’ expiration and removal from the active database.

If you're having trouble with the online form, please contact Procurement@chickasaw.com for assistance.
