The Business Data Analyst II is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making within an organization. Works with large datasets, performs statistical analysis, and creates reports or visualizations to communicate findings.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS  

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.  

Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract. 

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the followingOther duties may be assigned. 

  • Responsible for developing and running ad hoc reports.

  • Performs analysis of various program data within the loan servicing systems.

  • Pulls regular scheduled standardized reports from GLS and Imaging Workflow System for lending partners, management, and Headquarters.

  • Responsible for developing and gathering data of unique performance metrics SFH-GLP for analysis.

  • Researches, develops and implements process improvement tools utilizing MS Office products, including Access, Excel, and SharePoint, along with existing software applications such as Enterprise Content Management, Workflow and Imaging.

  • Researches, analyzes and recommends software solutions for business process improvements.

  • Researches, analyzes and recommends automated solutions for capturing performance metrics.

  • Researches, analyzes and updates procedures and user instruction guides.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusExposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
