RPA Application Programmer
The RPA Application Programmer translates the solutions provided by systems designers into detailed program specifications. This is a remote position.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
Current UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification (UiARD) required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability in root cause analysis
Experience with debugging tools, log analysis, and performance monitoring
Proficiency in VB.NET/C# and understanding of .NET framework
Experience with SQL queries and database troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and ITIL processes
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Experience with Orchestrator administration and robot management
Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages is preferred.
Familiarity with API integration and web services is preferred.
Understanding of infrastructure components affecting RPA performance is preferred.
Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize production RPA bots to ensure consistent performance and reliability
Perform root cause analysis on bot failures and implement permanent fixes
Analyze system logs, debug code, and troubleshoot complex automation issues
Document technical issues, resolutions, and process improvements
Collaborate with business users to understand operational impacts and communicate technical solutions in business terms
Participate in incident management and on-call rotation as needed
Identify opportunities for automation enhancement and efficiency improvements
Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Support change management activities including testing and deployment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study, and three (3) years of experience; or equivalent combination of education / experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $70K to $80K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
