Acquisition of IPKeys Technologies

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc (CNI) is pleased to announce the acquisition of IPKeys Technologies, LLC.

IPKeys Technologies is a leading provider of next-generation cybersecurity services to the federal government. Its team of experts have been providing cybersecurity, analytics, cloud, and software engineering solutions to federal clients since 2005. Its services include the IPKeys CLaaS software tool that leverages artificial intelligence and Risk Management Framework (RMF) automation to better visualize RMF data and facilitate faster response times with customizable alert thresholds.

No brokers were used for this transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Legal services were provided to CNI by McAfee & Taft. Legal services were provided to IPKeys Technologies by Taylor English Duma, LLP.

IPKeys Power Partners and IPKeys Cyber Partners are separate entities and were not part of the transaction with CNI.
