The Service Level Manager ensures a high degree of professional support when contacting the Service Desk, and provides functional guidance to the onsite and offsite technical staff. The Task Lead also provides an advanced level of expertise to resolve complex support assignments.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required and a minimum five (5) years’ of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Documentation - will be responsible for adhering to, reporting on, and providing feedback on established SLAs. SLA’s will be evaluated prior to the award of the next option period to ensure they are still in line with the level of support.
In collaboration with the COR, shall refine the processes, develop any additional steps necessary, and document and maintain procedures and guidelines for the operations of IT support.i

Responsible for concept exploration (performance management, technology assessment, testing and validation) and assessments of systems.
Create integration concepts, performing analysis, in addition to devising a systems integration plan.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital media or a related field required and a minimum five (5) years’ of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
PMP certification and Agile certification professional
5+ years managing web and application projects
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $70K – 130K with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
