The Cyber Information Assurance Analyst SME / Cross Domain provides direction to contractor staff, attend meetings, and support the Cross Domain Technical Advisory Board (CDTAB) Chair in executing strategic goals. This position possesses a broad range of technical abilities, including cybersecurity and networking concepts. The analyst will act as the Primary Director for Cross Domain Solution requests and compile reports based on data from various databases. This position identifies and proposes issues for consideration at meetings, develop technical papers, and implement processes and metrics. Additionally, the analyst will coordinate with CDSEs, monitor CDS usage, and ensure timely processing of e-votes. This position is hybrid to Ft. Meade, MD.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Top Secret Clearance.
IAM III Certification 8570 DOD.
Bachelor of Science Degree or above, or equivalent combination of IT technical or cybersecurity Associates Degree and five (5) years’ experience. Knowledge and Experience with functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy.
Expert level knowledge and experience with establishing and maintaining a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
Demonstrate expert level knowledge of determining the resources required for quality control.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides daily supervision and direction to support their contractor staff.
Attends monthly meetings and provides input to all governing working groups, boards and panels.
Supports the CDTAB Chair in CDTAB roles and responsibilities as per the CDTAB Charter.
Executes the CDTAB Strategic goals to include operational and organizational concepts, policy,
planning, risk assessment analysis, and vulnerability assessments for all CDTAB related actions.
Provides support to the CDTAB Chair on all CDS related issues/concerns for the CDTAB Secretariat.
Provides a broad range of technical abilities (i.e., cybersecurity, networking concepts and understanding, general System Architecture), in addition to Cross Domain technology, DMZ architecture, and controlled interfaces.
Acts as Primary Director for all the monthly CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews that are presented at the CDTAB, DSAWG, and IRSMC.
Compiles reports based on data from the SGS database and CDSE / CDES provided data to present to the CDTAB, DSAWG, and ISRMC membership. Monitors CDES and point to point CDS's in SGS that are approaching expiration.
Identifies all issues or topics that require a CDTAB level risk rating decisions in the CDTAB meetings; identifies potential/upcoming topics; identifies tasking that provides additional information for the CDTAB’s consideration; and organizes and proposes issues and topics for consideration at monthly CDTAB meetings.
Develops technical papers, not to exceed a total of ten papers per year, at a maximum of fifteen pages each, describing CDTAB related issues and topics for coordination with the appropriate CDSE, and DSAWG representatives.
Designs, develops and implements CDTAB processes and metrics, for the CDTAB, DSAWG and ISMRC meetings.
Develops CDS usage metrics for all CDSE/CDES CDS’s per request of the DSAWG, CDTAB, and ISRMC members.
Coordinates with all DoD CDSE’s and is fully knowledgeable of all CDSE/CDES requests or tickets being presented at CDTAB, DSAWG and ISRMC monthly meetings.
Monitors all CDTAB/DSAWG e-votes and coordinates with all CDSE’s to ensure all CDTAB/DSAWG e-votes are processed and closed on time
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The estimated pay range for this role is $140K to $160K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
