Cloud eMass Administrator
The Cloud eMass Administrator provides user support and system administration for DISA’s eMASS, including account setup, training access, and profile updates. Manages permissions, documentation, and communications; maintains process guides and FAQs; reviews accounts and POA&Ms; and supports Cloud/SIPRNet environments. Ensures timely responses and assists with system updates and enhancements.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the TS/SCI level.
DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
Proficiency in eMASS account management, system maintenance, and security compliance tracking.
Strong understanding of IT security frameworks, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
Strong understanding of POA&M (Plan of Action & Milestones) documentation and compliance reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and user support.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists users with account setup, DD Form 2875, training links, profile edits, and general inquiries, responding within 48 hours.
Coordinates updates to External Inheritance Relationships, Look-Up Tables, Organizational Maintenance, and eMASS email communications.
Develops and maintains an eMASS Internal Administrator Process Guide, covering account approvals, permission management, ASI notifications, system expirations, and configuration changes. Review quarterly.
Conducts monthly reviews of inactive accounts, providing reports to the Government lead for deactivation or removal.
Develops and publishes eMASS FAQs for the DISA eMASS community.
Distributes Authorized Services Interruptions (ASI) notices to eMASS users via NIPRNet/SIPRNet and Outlook.
Works with the Government Task Lead (GTL) to implement DISA-sponsored eMASS enhancements (typically three times a year).
Administers Cloud eMASS and Cloud SIPRNet eMASS, managing account creation, access approvals, and Tier I support with a 24-hour response time.
Handles POA&M reviews, documentation uploads, and package approvals for eMASS management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred) and a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in cybersecurity or network security position. Three (3) years of experience in eMASS administration.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $95K to $110K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
