The Program Analyst IV is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of various programs and projects. Will collect data and prepare organization-wide project status analysis and reporting. As well as coordinate efforts to optimize cross-project resources. Participates in the financial auditing and assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Tracks program performance and progress, ensuring objectives are being met within scope, time, and budget.
Prepares and delivers advanced reports on program status, risks, and challenges to senior management.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets complex data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Uses quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Identifies opportunities to streamline program processes, increase efficiency, and implement best practices.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with program goals
Monitors and manages risks throughout the program lifecycle.
Facilitates communication between departments to ensure seamless program execution.
Assists in budget planning and resource allocation, ensuring program resources are used effectively.
Monitors and reports on budget adherence and identify areas of cost savings or overspending.
Maintains accurate records, documents, and reports related to program activities.
Assists with the creation of project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Provides support to program managers in managing schedules, resources, and deliverables.
May act as a Team Lead which encompasses training and mentoring junior personnel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
