The CRM Lead is responsible for following up with customer who rates performance as below average, provide feedback to staff. Assist in the timely response to questions and actions requested and support organization IT computer services.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education / experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

Coordinate response to customer support issues
Maintain a high-level of communications with program officials
Insure that OIT technical teams are following industry best practices.
Monitor customer service awareness of the OIT technical team staff and survey the OD customer community both in person and via automated tools, i.e., ServiceNow, at large, to gauge their satisfaction with OIT services.
Facilitate meetings and coordinate all aspects of requirements management, as well as commit to Customer support.
Manage Customer Relations and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve the perception of customer service

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education / experience.

• 5+ years’ of CRM Administration experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.  Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $70K – 130K  with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
