The Business Analyst reviews, analyzes and evaluates a complex variety of financial management and administrative activities related to budgeting, manpower, resource planning and financial reporting. Develops positive customer relationships with key stakeholders as well as ensure that project deliverables provide complete customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Works with business managers to translate complex functional and technical requirements and constraints to develop the right acquisition strategy for the program.
Develops and maintains project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications and test plans. Assists in the development of new dashboard and system prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.
Provides functional context to technical requirements by serving as a liaison between the programs and the various stakeholders. Researches and recommends a course of action for complex data calls/taskers.
Facilitates the connection between finance and acquisition to provide a comprehensive, programmatic view to senior leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree and a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $95K to $115K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
