The Senior Program Manager specializing in USAF supply chain redesign and maintenance, leads the transformation of supply chain operations across multiple sites, ensuring that all processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. This position drives large-scale initiatives, manages cross-functional teams, and collaborates closely with customers to meet strategic objectives in a complex defense environment. This position is on-site in the Oklahoma City, OK area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
USAF Supply Chain Redesign & Maintenance Expertise. Industry Experience, C level Interaction
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, APICS) is preferred, with fifteen (15) years of experience.
Extensive experience in program management, with a strong focus on supply chain redesign within the defense sector, particularly with USAF supply chain and maintenance operations.
Proven experience leading complex supply chain transformations, including designing and implementing new processes, technologies, and systems that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance operational performance.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional teams across different sites, ensuring alignment, coordination, and successful integration of redesign efforts.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, defense supply chain regulations, and compliance requirements, especially about USAF operations and maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, contractors, and external partners.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale supply chain redesign projects, with a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in complex environments.
Strategic thinker with a strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and identify innovative solutions to challenges within the supply chain.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, focusing on project goals while adapting to changing circumstances and customer needs.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale USAF supply chain redesign initiatives, focusing on process optimization, cost reduction, and improved operational efficiency.
Leverages expertise in USAF supply chain operations and maintenance programs to develop and implement redesign strategies aligning with USAF’s long-term goals.
Coordinates and manages a diverse team of engineers, analysts, supply chain experts, IT professionals, and logistics staff located across multiple sites to ensure project alignment and seamless integration.
Fosters and maintains strong, customer-facing relationships with USAF leadership, key stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
Drives the development of new supply chain processes and technologies, integrating advanced solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve performance, and ensure USAF's mission success.
Oversees the management of program budgets, forecasts, procurement, and financial controls, ensuring transparency, accountability, and cost-effectiveness across all supply chain operations.
Proactively identifies and mitigates risks and challenges, ensuring that supply chain redesign efforts meet project deadlines, financial targets, and performance goals.
Communicates program progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders through regular updates and reports, ensuring alignment with organizational and customer expectations.
Champions continuous improvement initiatives by applying best practices, lessons learned, and industry standards to drive sustained operational excellence and innovation in supply chain operations.
Throughout the redesign process, ensures full compliance with all relevant USAF and Department of Defense regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, APICS) is preferred, with fifteen (15) years of experience.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
