The Organizational Change Management Expert leads organizational change management initiatives across both commercial and federal/DOD sectors, helping organizations effectively navigate change through the design, implementation, and execution of strategies that improve organizational performance. Possesses expertise in organizational design and stakeholder management, this position ensures that change processes align with strategic goals while minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. This position is on-site in the Oklahoma City, OK area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in OCM, with a proven track record of driving organizational change initiatives in both commercial and federal/DOD environments.
PROCI certification is required.
Strong experience in organizational design, with the ability to develop and implement organizational structures that support strategic transformation.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, build relationships, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present change initiatives clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate OCM strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Experience with change management tools, techniques, and frameworks, including the ability to tailor approaches to meet specific organizational needs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Leads and manages organizational change management (OCM) efforts for large-scale transformations in both commercial and federal/DOD environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals.
Designs and implements change strategies that address people, processes, and technology to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, methods, and technologies.
Utilizes PROCI methodologies to develop structured approaches for driving change, ensuring that all stakeholders are effectively engaged and supported throughout the transformation process.
Works closely with senior stakeholders, including executives and key leaders, to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure strong buy-in for OCM initiatives.
Provides expert advice and guidance on organizational design, focusing on structuring teams and processes to enhance efficiency and support transformation goals.
Develops and executes communication strategies that ensure stakeholders at all levels are informed, engaged, and prepared for change.
Leads the development of training programs and materials to support the transition to new organizational structures or systems, ensuring that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
Monitors and assesses the effectiveness of OCM strategies, using data and feedback to make adjustments and drive continuous improvement.
Acts as a mentor to junior OCM professionals, providing guidance on best practices and helping to build a strong OCM capability within the organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus and five to seven (5-7) years of experience in OCM, with a proven track record of driving organizational change initiatives in both commercial and federal/DOD environments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
