SUMMARY
The Law Clerk will support the customer as an integral contributor, by providing mission support to ensure compliance by the regulated community applicable federal laws, conscience and religious freedom regulations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Timely respond to correspondence and phone calls related to complaints and requests for
technical assistance.
Drafts documents.
Conducts interviews of complainants.
Research case law and statutory precedents and analyzes legal documents and briefs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum educational experience is a law degree (J.D.) from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) or Master’s degree from an accredited university.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects, and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
The pay range for this role is $85,000 - 87,000, with the final offer amount dependent on location, skillset, and experience.
