SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Program Manager in the planning, execution, and completion of high-visibility projects. Works closely with Program Manager, team members, multiple task teams, and stakeholders in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the defined objectives. Provides administrative assistance and coordination under the direction of the Program Manager.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency using Microsoft Windows/Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
Experience using Microsoft Project, Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet and/or other project management tool is preferred.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supports the development and maintenance of project plans, estimations, specifications, flowcharts, and presentations. Assists in creating project reports and deliverables. Manages updates to all applicable project tools (e.g., risk and issue log) as directed. Coordinates regular project status meetings to communicate the status of projects.
Provides continuous improvement by re-engineering of processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Assists with project timelines, objectives, operating policies, strategic program plans, standards, and priorities. Creates internal systems and organizes project content as directed.
Works closely with project teams in tracking timelines and requests received from the client. Manages the central project collaboration hub and/or repository. Assists in creating materials (e.g., presentations and agendas) for the project.
Supports the manager by typing and editing correspondence, document reproduction, scheduling meetings both in person and virtually to include Teams, Zoom and/or Webinars. Disseminates project information across the task teams. Develops and compiles various meeting notes into communications summaries and/or reports.
Collects, processes, inputs, organizes and files data and documentation from various task teams and stakeholders to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance, and communications needs of the project. Coordinates and maintains working project operations files.
Supports planning, coordination, and implementation of large group in-person meetings. Troubleshoots technical, program presentation issues in real time, and provide written analysis and feedback following events for the issues addressed.
Applies exceptional customer service skills with ability to receive and provide information with clarity, courtesy, and tact. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to create effective presentations.
Assesses needs, provides assistance, resolve problems, and satisfies customer expectations. Ability to handle multiple projects.
Assists with special projects or other duties as requested.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and a minimum of two-three (2-3) years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects, and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $33.37-$40/hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
