CNI acquired Corvid Technologies, LLC in 2015. Corvid is a small business that provides technology-based solutions to a diverse customer base ranging from the Missile Defense Agency to NASCAR. 

Founded in 2004, we are a group of over 100 engineers and scientists that provide end-to-end solutions, including concept development, design and optimization, prototype build, test and manufacture.  About two-thirds of our team hold Ph.D. degrees or masters degrees. We leverage the predictive capability of our high-fidelity computational physics solvers, indigenous massively parallel supercomputer system, prototyping plant, and ballistics and mechanics lab to investigate a variety of high-rate physics phenomena. The results are complex engineering solutions for a variety of applications, including aircraft, ballistic missile defense, motorsports, armor development, biological systems, and missile and warhead design and development. These results are achieved with optimal design and cost efficiency due to the predictive capability of Corvid’s tools and our in-house, end-to-end integrated approach, which differentiates Corvid from other companies. 
 
Corvid’s main campus is located in Mooresville, NC, with satellite offices located in Alexandria, VA, Huntsville, AL, and Kauai, HI, at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF).
