The Executive Assistant is usually assigned to perform administrative duties for executive management. The Executive Assistant perfroms all tasks assigned to lower-level positions, but will require more extensive knowledge of business administration and management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Works with all levels of management and staff on projects.
Handles confidnetial matters on a dialy and recurring basis.
Completes highly complex tasks, including working independently on projects requiring extensive outside research and the preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials for presentation to Executive Staff and upper management.
Performs office management duties.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to any training made available by the company.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.
Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability.
High School diploma or GED is required. Minimum of four (4) years’ direct experience in performing complex administrative tasks and supporting one or more senior-level staff, in addition to office staff.
