The Technical Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides MA support to the overall Integrated Defense Risk Management Process Assessment (IDRMP) to be conducted for the US Air Force on select facilities. The MA-SMA will be the core function of quality controls and alignment to the various Department of Defense (DoD) Instructions and Directives such as DoD Antiterrorism (AT) Program, for Homeland Defense and Global Security in compliance with Air Force Instructions and the Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) Mission Assurance (MA). This position collaborates, conducts and supports the task to complete a full Integrated Defense and Risk Management Process (IDRMP) assessment and report.



Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Works with the CNI Project Team to conduct a holistic systems analysis of risk to the designated installation (RAF Lakenheath, England).


Integrates with the CNI Project Team to perform the IDRMP assessment.


Uses SME technical knowledge of ID continuum spans from peacetime operations, through crisis development, up to and including wartime operations.


Uses SME technical knowledge of and performs the full-spectrum of IDRMP mission analysis, criticality, threat, vulnerability, overall risk assessment, prepares a summary report and submits to the Installation Commander upon completion. Requirements are military unique and must meet the standards identified.


Develops the summary report to inform IDWG Course of Action (CoA) recommendations to the Commander and provides input to the Integrated Defense Plan (IDP) for final implementation.


Prepares the final report as an executive summary detailing the Threats, Vulnerability and Criticality of the top at-risk assets and works with the team to provide the information to the installation along with instructions to continue the development of Risk tolerance decisions.


This IDRMP Assessment and Report will be conducted between NOVEMBER 3rd and 18th of 2018 and will be located on site in Lakenheath, England.

Provides team cohesion in all tasks and provides expertise to all the above assessment criteria.

Long range travel as required.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience. Completion of applicable DOD specialization courses.



Must be able to obtain government security clearance

U.S. Citizens / Green Card only due to government or federal requirement

Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and or boards of directors.
