Help Desk Technician I

Full-Time

User Support Technician II

Full-Time

The User Support Technician II supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) by providing phone and in-person support and is the initial point of contact for troubleshooting personal computer (PC) hardware/software and printer problems. This position works within a team and remotely works on computer equipment using authorized remote control tools and software while closely following national and local policies and procedures.

Network Administrator

Full-Time

The Network Administrator helps maintain all of Tinker Air Force Base’s one thousand plus VLANs. This position provides quality inspections to ensure only a maximum of two hundred and fifty devices are contained in each VLAN.  All changes will be vetted through the Network Control Center (NCC) Chief before implementation. The Network Administrator configures VLANs in accordance with NCC Chief guidance, Air Force NetLaw guidance and applicable DoD regulations.
