Field Supervisor (Waste Transportation)
The Field Supervisor supports the operations of Bullet Energy Services, LLC by providing direct supervision over the daily transportation operations. This position promotes high standards of workmanship and ensures the timely and quality completion of job assignments in support of excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manages daily operations of Team Leads and Truck Drivers. Supervises and inspects the work of employees. Ensures all work conforms to specified requirements. Emphasizes high quality standards that promote repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Interacts with customer base to ensure excellent service and to resolve any customer concerns.
Oversees workforce to ensure safe, efficient, economical and timely completion of work. Ensures worksite adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. Understands and enforces all company safety policies and procedures. Organizes safety meetings with employees, when needed. Practices, instructs and enforces all DOT, EPA and OSHA safety requirements / guidelines.
Complies with all Company policies and procedures. Provides instruction on pertinent company policies. Develops a best-in-class team and workplace culture, and effectively manages performance and talent development.
Ensures successful onboarding of new drivers, and conducts all road tests for new hires. Trains and cross-trains drivers on all equipment, serving as a subject matter expert on equipment.
Effectively communicates daily job orders to Dispatch.
Helps to ensure the overall productivity, quality and profitability of Bullet Operations.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Handles personnel issues, as needed, with the help of the General Manager and Human Resources. Conducts performance assessments of overall department and direct staff reports. Prepares all associated documentation.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.
Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education / training / experience.

Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement

Advanced knowledge and understanding of the standard concepts, practices and procedures related to waste transportation and disposal operations
Expert knowledge of oil and gas waste disposal equipment
Proficient knowledge and understanding of industry laws and regulations (i.e., EPA, DOT, OSHA, etc.)
Solid organizational and leadership skills relevant to carrying out day-to-day responsibilities

Ability to travel extensively and work on-call.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
