    CNI acquired Corvid Technologies, a company that specializes in computational physics to provide unique modeling solutions to its customers.

    2014

    CNI was named one of the Best Places to Work in Oklahoma by okc.BIZ.

    2012

    CNI acquired A+ Government Solutions, Inc., a government contracting company based in Arlington, VA and Bullet Energy Service, LLC, a midstream energy company based in South Central Oklahoma.

    2011

    CNI implemented Cost Accounting Standards.

    2010

    A new field office was opened in Rockville, MD.

    2007

    CNI purchased the headquarters building in Norman, OK.

    2004

    CNI acquired a 100,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Marietta, OK.

    2003

    CNI became a holding company with multiple subsidiaries when it acquired Datacom, a government contracting company based in Oklahoma City, OK. New field offices were opened in Albuquerque, NM and Atlanta, GA.

    2001

    CNI received its first contract from the U.S. Army for construction of leased modular barracks at Ft. Benning, GA. CNI received the U.S. Army DENCOM CONUS contract resulting in the opening of the San Antonio, TX field office.

    CNI Inc.’s 8(a) status was approved by the Small Business Administration.

    CNI, Inc. was granted a Federal Charter by the Department of Interior under Title 25 United States Code Section 503, the Oklahoma Indian Welfare Act.
